發現快樂 Discovering Joy

Trust me, the day wasn't all fun and games. But I 'm not thinking about the bad things right now. Now is my time to think about joy.

We usually have two expectations. One is from others want us to meet, the other is from ourselves. These expectations can cause stress, anxiety or even depression.

Focus on positive thoughts
Psychologists believe People think shapes their emotions so think good things in life can develop a positive attitude. Then when tough times do come. they'll be able deal with them better.

Decide to be joyful
You have to take a deep breath and trust that life. despite its ups and downs, is essentially wonderful.

Start a Joy Journal
Keep  a small note book all the time beside and write down something good happen.
Take 10 minutes at the end of the day to make a gratitude list. This should include at least five things you're thankful for.
